Worked as a facilitator in a Certificate Course in Helping, Communication and Counselling Skills 2005-2006, Organized by All Bengal Women's Union (ABWU).
Worked as a guest lecturer in Vivekananda College for Women (Barisha, Kolkata) for about one year and five months.
Worked as Sub-Consultant with Mott MacDonald Pvt. Ltd (as consultant) for a 2-day training programme for the Project Coordinators and Counsellors on Communication, Behaviour change communication skills and counselling skills in Gangtok (project funded by Sikkim State Aids Control Society) on 7 and 8 December, 2006.

Presented and submitted following papers as a part of course work in the M.Phil. course: a) Marriage, Sexual Initiation and Sense of Violation; b) Gender and Sexuality: Questioning the One with the Notion of the Many; c) Ethics of Care: Care within Patriarchy vs. Feminist Care; d) Gender of Development.
Wrote a dissertation on "A Study of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace and Related Guilt of Working Women" as part of the course work in M.A Part II examination.
